NSS Members can use the forms below for events and funding

Class A Event
Events that involve more than one class, require NSS funding, space, or equipment, need room bookings, and/or include any potential risks — such as physical activity, chances of injury, or the need for accessibility accommodations — must also be sanctioned by the AMS.
